Email Coaching

We offer live sessions through Skype Messenger. But email sessions might have an edge over live sessions. Here's a list of advantages that can benefit the client and the coach.

1. Flexibility ~

Email sessions provide flexibility in communication. Clients can engage in the coaching process at a time that suits their schedule, eliminating the need for fixed appointment times.

2. Time Zone Differences ~

Email coaching is ideal for clients in different time zones. It removes the challenge of coordinating live sessions and allows clients to receive guidance asynchronously.

3. Thoughtful Reflection ~

Written communication allows clients to take their time to reflect on their thoughts and responses, resulting in more thoughtful and considered insights. You don't have to worry about interruptions, distractions, losing your train of thought, or forgetting to ask something.

4. Enhanced Communication ~

Some individuals find it easier to express themselves in writing. Email sessions provide an opportunity for clients to articulate their thoughts more clearly and comprehensively. It's a form of journaling that is extremely therapeutic.

5. Immediate Access ~

Live sessions are scheduled a week or two in advance. Email sessions can start that day or the next business day. If the client wants to vent frustration, discuss an event that recently happened, or describe an urgent problem, email is the perfect platform.  Immediate support and advice are there.

6. Documented Progress ~

Both the coach and the client have a documented record of the coaching journey. This can be valuable for tracking progress, revisiting insights, and maintaining a sense of continuity in the coaching process. It differs from a record produced through text chatting since the email record is in paragraph form without filler talk.

7. Privacy and Comfort ~

Email coaching provides a level of privacy and comfort for clients who may feel more at ease discussing personal matters in writing rather than in a real-time situation.

8. Reduced Pressure ~

The asynchronous nature of email coaching reduces the pressure clients may feel during live sessions. They can take their time to formulate responses and contemplate additional questions without the immediacy of a real-time conversation or the possibility of getting sidetracked.

9. Access to Resources ~

Clients can easily refer to prior emails and information provided by the coach within the email thread, enhancing the learning and growth process.

10. Cost-Effective ~

Because email is more convenient and time-flexible, it's a much more cost-effective option for clients. There are several plans available from one session to a month of sessions.
