Are you still offering all the email readings from the past?
Yes, and more. There are several different tarot and psychic spy options available. We haven't raised our reading prices for 19 years, and some are even lower than they were.
Do you offer live readings?
Yes, through Skype messenger, text only.
Are you still performing Twin Flame and Fantastic Future readings?
Although we're still offering several specialty readings (some new), those two options are no longer offered regularly. They may be listed as specials at different times of the year.
Do you offer emergency readings?
Yes, through email only. Turnaround time is within 24 hours, but emergency readings are often completed within 2 to 4 hours. The weekday option is extremely reasonably priced, and it's available on every reading page. The weekend (Saturday and Sunday) option is more expensive, and it's under a separate listing.
Who performs the readings and other services?
Autumn (the owner) performs the readings, rituals, coaching, and consultations. She also creates oils, kits, and candles. She has 25 years of professional experience reading, counseling, and creating products. She's here on a day-to-day basis. Three other professionals help on an as-needed basis. Two have 25 years of experience and one has over 30 years of experience. Autumn's family members help with product creation, shipping, and customer care.
Aren't readings immoral?
It depends on the type of reading and the objective of the reader. There are dishonest, non-ethical people in all professions, and there are honest, ethical people in all professions, too. That includes the spiritual profession. The readings performed on this site don't violate any law whatsoever. Tarot is a counseling tool for guidance, perspective, and advice. It's not a tool for "fortune telling" or "mind reading", and it's not designed to "predict the future" or "conjure the dead". Psychic Spy is a trademarked name, and the process for that type of reading is a family secret. But, it, too, does not violate any law.
Are your readings accurate?
Well, Autumn has been in business for 25 years total and internationally (online) for 19 years as of January 2024. If she wasn't accurate, she would have been out of business a long time ago. She has been a 5-star rated adviser since the beginning, and she has thousands of clients worldwide. Her readings provide realistic, grounded, logical, and intelligent answers, solutions, and advice to real-life problems from century-old methods.
Do you cast spells?
Autumn performs extremely powerful Christian-based rituals with Christian tools and supplies. All rituals are free of charge. However, if you add a donation of $100 or more, you'll receive a gift (or two or three) which includes extended days, oil potions, and/or kits.
Will you contact me after my ritual is performed?
We do free rituals the following business day after they're ordered. Extended rituals will be scheduled either that week or the following week, depending on how busy she is. We'll let you know when your ritual is scheduled. If there's a problem, we'll contact you. If you don't hear from us, that means your ritual was performed and went well (as 99% of rituals do.) If you want a status update, please order a reading.
Do you still offer boosters, seals, and time enhancers?
Yes, we do! They're also free of charge. And if you donate $50 or more, you'll receive a gift of extended days.
What are prayer enchantments?
We call our rituals and spiritual products prayer enchantments because that's what they are. They're highly advanced, extremely powerful services and products.
How long does it take to see results?
Manifestation time depends upon the initial energy in the matter, the number of obstacles, the goal itself, the state of mind of the client throughout the process, faith (or lack thereof) in the work at hand, and the number of days the ritual is conducted for compared to the complexity of the situation. Patience is very important when dealing with spiritual issues. The ultimate decision as to when and how comes from God.
What if I can't find the type of ritual I need?
Order a custom ritual even if you think your goal doesn't align with our values. We can customize something that will give you the best possible outcome for your situation.
Will you teach me how to perform rituals and spells?
Yes. If you want to learn how to do your own rituals or spells, we can teach you from scratch through ritual consultation sessions, live or through email.
What are Autumn's coaching qualifications?
For love/relationship/marriage/family: Autumn has been performing love and relationship coaching and tarot counseling for 25 years. Psychological/Spiritual/Life: Autumn has been performing spiritual counseling for almost 25 years. She completed coursework and obtained a soul clinic license which qualifies her as a psychological counselor, and she has an ordination. Business: Autumn graduated with honors with a degree in business administration and has been a business owner for 25 years.

Can customer care answer questions about my case?
Starting January 2024, we have one customer care person working at a time. He or she could probably answer some basic questions about your case. However, if you have specific questions, want the status of something checked, or have a long email for Autumn to comment on, please order a reading appropriate to the number of questions you have.
Do you offer free services?
Yes, rituals. However, since Autumn is now working without the day-to-day help of other advisers, and she's performing rituals and boosters free of charge, she will no longer have time for any other complimentary (free) services. Luckily, readings are extremely reasonably priced so a question or two is very affordable. Again, our reading rates have been the same for 19 years.
How can I order an energy reading?
Autumn is no longer performing energy readings since the newly revised, extremely powerful rituals don't require them. But this doesn't mean we can't peek inside to see what's going on. If you want to know what's happening with your goal, please order a tarot or psychic spy reading.
Are your services New Age?
No, Autumn doesn't practice any New Age or Eastern philosophies. Autumn is European-America (an American of European ethnicity.) Her practices, services, and products are more on the ancient side and align with ethnic European folk practices that migrated to America with her ancestors. (Her maternal family was from Lombardy and Campania, Italy. Her paternal family was from Ireland, Scotland, Germany, and Norway.)
So Autumn isn't Wiccan?
No, she's not Wiccan or any pagan religion. Autumn has thoroughly studied world religions (modern and ancient) for decades - since she was old enough to read - and she was formally educated in religion as well. She was raised Catholic. And with years of deep knowledge of both Christianity and other religious paths, she's chosen to remain Christian. She's always been Christian, without doubt, or experimentation elsewhere. Her faith is reflected in her work and spiritual practices now more than ever.
Why does the banner say four different URLs directed to an indiemade site?
Services and products from Moonlight Enchantments, Prayer Enchantments, Enchantments Pells, and Bloo Moon Antiques are all related and listed on our Indiemade website, so all the URLs are forwarded to one place.
What is Bloo Moon Antiques?
Bloo Moon Antiques is a separate business we own. It's been off-site for several years, and we decided to list some items on-site in 2024. The items listed are only a few of what's available. We will add more as time goes on.
Is it Enchantment Spells or Enchantments Pells?
It's actually Pells of Enchantments. But for URL purposes, it's EnchantmentsPells. A pell is a parchment scroll. In our case, they're religious letters written as seals of protection. Our Pells of Enchantments are inspired by Himmelsbriefs (yet, they're not Himmselsbriefs.) Please visit the section to learn more.

Are you affiliated with the Moonlight Enchantments in Manhattan, New York, which has the brick-and-mortar store, or the Moonlight Enchantments house in Illinois which has the square site?
Not at all. Moonlight Enchantments has been our legal, registered business name since 2005 and a registered LLC since 2011. We don't mind if other companies use our beautiful name, but we have no affiliation with them whatsoever.

Do you offer wholesale products?
We offer discounts on certain bulk items for retail customers. However, we currently don't offer wholesale for merchants. That may change in the future.
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped between 1 to 5 business days. (We ship on Mondays or Thursdays.)
Do you ship internationally?
We serve international clients with all services, including readings, rituals, boosters, coaching, and consultations. And, yes, we ship divine letters and prayer cards nationally and internationally. However, package items (oils, candles, stones, kits, jewelry, etc.) only ship to US addresses. If you live outside the US and want to purchase those items from us, please secure a US address through a package forwarding company. Shipping is free with ritual gifts and products. Insurance and tracking are included.
Do you still offer the 50% cash discount?
No, we discontinued it because everything on the website is reasonably priced, and we run sales regularly.
What types of payments are accepted?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, and we've been in excellent standing since 2003. We accept eChecks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal Direct (via your balance.) The name for the charge on your bank or card statement will be "Enchantments".
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, very! Regardless of your payment method, your payment will be completely safe and secure. Your payment will be directly through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never see your credit card number or banking information.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase on your site?
No, you can pay with your credit or debit card without a PayPal account.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. However, if there's a problem with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve it.
