Products listed and sold through this site are for personal religious, curio and/or entertainment purposes only. Human beings do not possess supernatural powers and that includes the owners and workers on this site. The readers on this site do not predict the future but provide guidance and advice based on the obvious logical outcome. Services and products sold on this site do not replace advice from medical, legal, mental health, or financial professionals. We do not perform services relating to health, criminal matters, or missing person cases, and we don't perform "mediumship" readings. We do not provide "curse removals" for a fee. Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eChecks through PayPal and PayPal Direct. Payment is in USD only. Add-to-cart clicks and payment completion indicate a donation payment, as payments, on this site are donations. We are not responsible for payment processing and do not have access to your credit or debit card information, banking information, or any other financial payment information since PayPal is used for processing.  Payment for service(s) and product(s) must be made in full prior to the service(s) being performed and/or the product(s) created or released.  All payments must be in USD.

We do not share information with other companies.  Your information, including but not limited to, your name, address, pictures, email addresses, questions, personal situations, and product and service purchases, is strictly confidential and never shared with anyone outside the company (including our main company and subsidiaries). Anything said between the client and his/her adviser is strictly confidential. Communication between the client and Customer Care is usually to assist with scheduling and answering general questions about services or products. The other information collected is IP addresses and related computer-communication information. This is strictly confidential and recorded only to protect ourselves in the event of threats, harassment, or losses (which have never happened as of the posting of these terms). We reserve the right to turn over information to the authorities if necessary to do so by law. To comply with the United Kingdom EU Directive, we must mention the site uses cookies. We sometimes send promotional emails to our clients and customers. If you prefer not to be included, you must inform us via email, and we will honor that request.
Harmful Use Prohibition
Although we've never done this as of the posting of these terms, we reserve the right to investigate your use of the website and take appropriate legal action against you at our discretion should you violate the terms of this agreement or this section or directly or indirectly cause loss, including but not limited to, revenue loss and/or damages to us, our client(s), or someone on our behalf. Harassment, abuse, or obscene language is strictly prohibited via email or text chat.  Any libelous, slanderous, harassing, threatening, defamatory, invasive, or harmful action against any person, agent, officer, affiliate or associate of the company/website is strictly prohibited.  Impersonating others, including company agents, clients, or potential clients, is prohibited. By using the website and/or emailing us, you agree that certain information is collected  and recorded and VPN "private access apps" (false IP addresses & locations) may not disguise your actual IP address and location. When you visit our website and/or email us, collected information includes your internet service provider, your actual IP address, and false location/IP address (if you're using a fake IP address/location app).  If we feel harassed, violated, threatened, or abused, we reserve the right to refuse services and/or product sales and may pursue legal action. Legal action, as described in this section, includes both civil and criminal action and may commence at any time without warning. As of the posting of these terms, this has never occurred.
Errors & Modifications
We are not responsible for typographical errors in content or price. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for service(s) or product(s) that were listed incorrectly.  We will either refund your money or provide company credit, whichever is agreed upon by both parties. Specials will only be honored for the time frame provided on the special. You may order any special in advance for the work to be performed during the time frame of the special. If you order a special outside of the timeframe with the intent to have the work completed outside the timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue you a refund or credit, whichever is agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to add, delete, suspend, and modify any service(s), product(s), item(s), or information on the website, including but not limited to, discounts, specials, sales, services, products, items, and prices, for any reason without notice. We will refund your payment or provide company credit if you order a service or product that is listed on the site but out of stock or unavailable for another reason - temporarily or permanently. Out-of-stock items usually appear as such by notice. We are not obligated to update the website in any particular time frame but will do so at our discretion.
Modification to Terms
We may modify or update the terms at any time at our discretion. We recommend you periodically check this page for any updates. You're responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions of Sale before purchasing from the website.
Limitation of Liability

Dispute Agreement
You agree that any dispute is to be resolved at an agreed-upon place if a casual negotiation period of up to 180 days (unless ended by the company before that) doesn't resolve the issue. You agree to waive all legal action, lawsuits, class-action lawsuits, and rights regarding damages from or refunds of any product(s) and/or service(s) and any damage(s), injuries, allergic relation(s), effect(s), non-effect(s), result(s) or non-result(s), directly or indirectly, from (or of) any product(s) and/or service(s) purchased through the website/company.  You agree not to bring about or participate in a class action lawsuit against the company, its owner(s), agents, subsidiaries, or any representative.  You agree that legal action and/or lawsuits cannot be brought against the company/website, its owner(s), agent(s), subsidiaries, divisions, or anyone on its behalf for your purchase of product(s) or services(s) from the website by you or anyone on your behalf, as you ordered service(s) and/or product(s) by your free will, understanding the Terms and Conditions of Sale and agreeing there are no guarantees, promises, or warranties (expressed or implied) with regards to your purchase(s).  You agree that the website is transparent and direct with regard to what we offer, and you completely understand what you purchased. If you bring arbitrary and/or legal action against website/company, 
you agree to assume all responsibility for court and/or arbitrary costs, filing fees, travel expenses, hotel expenses, legal fees, and miscellaneous expenses for yourself, your agent(s), and any agents of website/company, including but not limited to, lawyer's fees.  Arbitration must commence within 270 calendar days (referred to below as "270 days") of the service(s) and/or product(s) purchase date at a place agreed upon by you and an agent of the website/company, which may be within or outside of the United States, depending upon agreement.  The arbitration will be decided by a single arbitrator.  If you ordered more than one product or service at different times, the 270-day deadline applies to within 270 days of the first purchase made. You agree to dispute the lowest-priced service and/or product you purchased only and agree that our liability will not exceed $100 USD. The decision will be final and binding.  If you and the company cannot agree as to the place of arbitration, casual negotiations may continue for 90 days beyond the 180 day period, and be permanently dismissed in favor of the company if no agreement can be reached.
Termination
We may suspend your access to the website and/or our services and products at any time for any reason or no reason whatsoever.  Website/company may terminate all or some of these terms and conditions without notice, at any time for any reason or no reason. You are bound under the provisions of these terms, as each will survive the termination of this agreement on every single part without limitation.
Communication Notice
Website/company may communicate with you via postal mail, email, online text chat, or telephone at their discretion. By purchasing a service(s) or product(s), you are automatically added to our email list which includes all MoonlightEnchantments sites, our main website, and our subsidiaries. If you'd like to be removed, inform us by email, and we will honor your request. All feedback you provide via reviews or through email or online text chat may be posted as testimonials on the website. We will not include your full name, only initials. If you prefer not to participate in testimonials, please inform us, and we will honor your request.  We reserve the right to respond to inquiry emails at our discretion.  We may post news updates on the website or blog. It's your responsibility to check the website for updates, specials, vacation notices, and any other notices.

Product Reviews

You may review a service or product by clicking "review" at the bottom of the service or product buy page. To review a service or product, you must have an account on our website and be a verified purchaser of that item. You may use a screen name, your initials, or your legal name to post reviews. Please keep in mind that all reviews are public and may appear on search engines.
Release

Cancellations
You may cancel a product or service within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of payment for a full refund, minus any PayPal fees. After 48 hours, there are NO cancellations whatsoever because most services will be prepared and/or performed about two days after the order comes in. Important: Emergency services cannot be canceled at any time under any circumstances since many are performed within 12 hours or 24 hours (usually 2 to 4 hours) of your order.  Please note that the time period is in calendar days, not business days.  If you order a service during the weekend, a holiday break, or our vacation and you contact us within the time period stated above, we will honor your cancellation within 24 hours of the next business day.  Your contact message must be time-stamped appropriately.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of products and services, there are no returns or exchanges on any product or service for sale on the website. After the above-described cancellation period, all sales are final.  Be sure before making a purchase.   
Discounts & Specials
Discounts and Specials are for the prescribed time period only. Seasonal discounts may or may not be combined with already discounted services and products, depending on the individual terms. Sales and discount codes are marked very clearly on the website. To receive discounts on items featuring 
a combined discount or sale offer, the purchases must be made at the same time, not weeks or months apart.  Seasonal Specials are only available during the time frame clearly listed on the website.  However, Specials permanently listed on the website (Valentine/February, Midsummer/Solstice & Halloween/Samhain) may be purchased in advance to be performed during the appropriate time frame. 

Technical Collapse
We reserve the right to extend deadlines, whether or not they're posted or agreed upon, if we experience an internet outage, computer crash, or any other technical difficulty, as that is an unavoidable situation that is out of our control. We may not be able to respond to emails or orders in the timeframe posted on the site in the event of an internet outage or other technical problem. We will inform you immediately upon our return.

Emergency Service
We are not responsible for you purchasing emergency services during a technical collapse (such as an internet outage) or if notice of temporary emergency reading suspension is shown on the website and you didn't see it. The emergency fees are for rush service to be scheduled quickly, ahead of others. If you opt for emergency service, your reading results will be to you within 24 hours during the business week, Monday through Friday. To guarantee Friday service, the emergency reading must be ordered before 11 p.m. ET on Thursday.  Emergency reading orders that arrive on Fridays may be completed that Friday or the following business day. Weekend service is Saturday and Sunday, and there is a separate listing for that. 

Rituals

We perform powerful Christian-based rituals with Christian tools and supplies. All rituals are free of charge. However, if you add a donation of $100 or more, you'll receive a gift (or two or three) which includes extended days, oil potions, and/or kits. Extended days apply to national and international clients. Oil potions and kits will only be mailed to US mailing addresses. We do free rituals the following business day after they're ordered. Extended rituals will be scheduled either that week or the following week or more, depending on the schedule. We'll let you know when your ritual is scheduled. We don't email after the ritual is performed. Boosters, seals, and time enhancers are free of charge. If you donate $50 or more, you'll receive a gift of extended days. Manifestation time depends upon the initial energy in the matter, the number of obstacles, the goal itself, the state of mind of the client throughout the process, faith (or lack thereof) in the work at hand, and the number of days the ritual is conducted for compared to the complexity of the situation. The ultimate decision as to when and how comes from God. We no longer perform energy readings.

Ritual Terms: Free (one-day) rituals can only be ordered by the same client for the same goal once every 30 days. However, if you donate $100 or higher, a donation gift of a 3 to 60-day ritual series for your goal/intention will be performed (consecutively). 
Spiritual Disclaimer
As stated on the website and attested within these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Condition of Use, the following is true and I/we attest:  I/we are intuitive counselors, not fortune-tellers.  I/we do not claim to "know everything", and I/we do not claim 100 percent accuracy with regard to spiritual counseling.  I/we do not and will not predict the future. Only God knows the future.  When questions are asked about the future, we suggest options, and possibilities, provide direction and spiritual advice, and inform you of the way things may proceed based on current events only.  I/we do not possess supernatural powers.  I/we do not possess paranormal powers.  I/we cannot do the impossible (turn you into a vampire, manifest a dragon before your eyes, 
cause you to lose 100 lbs. in a month, a celebrity knock at your door with a marriage proposal, etc.).  We put forth real-life help to real-life situations, not the impossible. We do not claim 100 percent success with our rituals.  Although about 90 percent of our orders are from return or regular clients and we've had thousands of clients over the years, from all over the world, totally satisfied and completely happy with our service(s) and product(s), we cannot guarantee you will have the same experience or receive the same results.

Professionals

The owner and workers on this website are legally ordained ministers. They work by the guidelines of their governing church entity. They are strongly involved with their Christian religion and their European heritage.  Services and products may be inspired by fantasy, folklore, mythology, Christianity, and European cultures. 

Donations & Tips
Donations and tips are given freely but are still subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth herein. Donations and tips are non-refundable and greatly appreciated. 

Gift Credit

Gift credit can be purchased for yourself or someone else. The person's name who will redeem the gift credit must be put in the instructions upon purchase. Gift credit cannot be redeemed in cash. There are no expiration dates on gift credit. 

Financial/Health/Criminal Matters
Spiritual services do not replace financial advice from professionals in the financial industry.  We do not address specific health-related questions or concerns regarding diagnosis/diagnosing, treatment options, medications, or any other individual-based matters. We do not prevent illnesses or deaths. We encourage general, common-sense health approaches such as a healthy diet, exercise, avoiding bad habits, and seeing a doctor regularly. Spiritual services should not replace medical advice from a doctor or other qualified medical professionals.  We do not diagnose psychiatric/mental illnesses.  We do not provide services relating to serious criminal investigations or missing persons.

Direct-Use Product Disclaimer
Our oil potions are 100 percent pure and free of alcohol, parabens, phthalate, fillers, myrcene, estragole, safrole, methyl eugenol, d-pulegone, benzophenone, and methyl alcohol. Our oils meet or exceed the high standards of California Proposition 65 and are vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and made in the USA. Our products may contain essential oils, herbs, seeds, flowers, or other botanicals, that can be harmful or deadly to pets if ingested. Certain essential oils can make a pet very ill if the oil is inhaled. Do not allow ANY essential oils (from us or anywhere else) to come in contact with your pets. Keep away from small children. Certain herbs are unsafe for pregnant women to handle. Since this product may contain herbs, if you are pregnant or suspect pregnancy, talk to your doctor before touching or using essential oils or herbs for your intended purpose. (You may contact us and ask if a certain herb is in a certain oil potion.) This product is not to be ingested and is for external use only. Our products are not to be used in diffusers. Please use with care on your body and items as this is oil, and it can stain clothing and other items if spilled or misused. Our handmade products are of the highest quality with the best ingredients. However, everyone's body chemistry is different and can react differently to personal care products - from scent odor to possible allergic reactions. It's advisable to perform a patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.  When using our candles, please keep them out of reach of children and animals and away from anything that could catch fire. Do not leave burning candles unattended even for a short period. Always make sure candles are fully extinguished when you're finished using them. With adorned candles, the adornments around the wick may catch fire when the wick is lit. To avoid this, remove the adornments before lighting the candle. If you choose for the candle to be full power (with the adornments), please be aware that the flame may be heavier, thicker and higher than with a normal candle. Make sure the candle is placed on a surface that can sustain a heavy, thick and high flame and keep the candle away from any person, animal or item that could easily be burnt or catch fire. Company/website is not responsible for any accident, damage or injury as a direct or indirect result of you or someone of your behalf using candle(s) or (any other product) purchased from the website/company, our subsidiaries, or through retailers who purchased our products wholesale. Our soaps, creams, serums, oils, perfumes, dusts, lip glosses, glitters, and powders are all cruelty-free, natural, and do not contain any unusual ingredients. However, if you are allergic to any soaps, creams, serums, oils, perfumes, dusts, lip glosses, glitters or powders, do not use our products unless you consult with your doctor first. Do not gift our products to someone who is or may be allergic to soaps, creams, serums, oils, perfumes, dusts, lip glosses, glitters or powders. Do not consume or swallow the soaps, creams, serums, oils, perfumes, dusts, lip glosses, glitters and powders. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to jewelry or any other items we sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries from jewelry, rosaries, or any other product we sale. Company/website is not responsible for any allergic reaction, damage, accident or injury as a direct or indirect result of you or someone on your behalf using our jewelry, rosaries, candles, soaps, creams, serums, oils, perfumes, dusts, lip glosses, glitters, powders, paper, or any other product or item we sale. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Company/website is not  responsible for any product offered on the site that is manufactured by another company or created by an independent person who is not directly affiliated with the company/website.

Bloo Moon Antiques Vintage & Antique Items 
Not all of our items have “haunting histories” so please read each listing very carefully. For the items that do have haunting histories: They will arrive to you as we receive or find them. We do not “spiritually cleanse”, physically restore, or even dust off these items. They're all sold "as is". We don't want to disturb their energy state as any part of the object is an extension of that energy. If you, the new owner, decide to clean or restore the item, that's your choice, of course, but many do not. By sending the object to you the way we received it, you can make the decision rather than us making it for you. Energy cannot be destroyed but can be transferred or transformed. So maybe it’s not such a far-reaching, kooky, or ridiculous idea that intelligent energy could attach to a special object. However, attachment and expression are two different things. Shipping

Orders are shipped between 1 to 5 business days. (We ship on Mondays or Thursdays.) We serve international clients with all services, including readings, rituals, boosters, coaching, and consultations. And, yes, we ship Himmelsbriefs and prayer cards nationally and internationally free of charge. However, package items (oils, candles, stones, kits, jewelry, etc.) only ship to US addresses. If you live outside the US and want to purchase those items from us, please secure a US address through a package forwarding company. Shipping is free or reduced, and insurance and tracking are included.
