Your coach graduated with honors with a business administration degree with a legal studies concentration. She's been the sole owner of three successful small businesses, one of which for almost 20 years.  She also completed a counseling program that qualifies her as a psychological/spiritual counselor, and she obtained a ministerial ordination to perform psychological/religious/spiritual counseling. She performs under the guidelines of the governing entity that issued both.

Details ~

Coaching sessions are client-led. Anything you'd like to discuss is welcome. Nothing is off-limits. Your coach is an excellent listener who can brainstorm alongside you and provide gentle suggestions that can aid with goal setting, action planning, skill-development planning, identifying obstacles, time management, decision-making, and building confidence and self-esteem. Coaching helps to improve self, relationships, career, environment, and mindset, and it can provide spiritual and religious fulfillment. Your coach avoids giving direct advice or voicing strong opinions but instead provides guidance and encouragement that creates a safe space where you can come to your own revelations with loving support.

Specifics ~

*These are intricate sessions and cover a great deal of questions, answers, personalized information, guidance, and advice relating to your situation.

*Live sessions are performed via Skype Messenger (no webcam) and lasts 60 minutes. 

*1 Email Coaching Session - Includes 2 email exchanges. An email from the client to the coach asking one question relating to a goal, and one email from the coach to the client with a detailed answer to the question. Although this option is limited, it may be all you need depending on your situation.

*3 Email Coaching Sessions - Includes 6 email exchanges. More is covered with this option since it includes three emails from the client to the coach asking various questions relating to a goal and three detailed answer emails from the coach. 

*Unlimited Email Coaching Sessions - Includes 1 week (5 business days) of email exchanges. These are in-depth, intricate emails that include multiple emails covering a great deal of questions, answers, follow-ups, personalized information, guidance, and advice relating to your situation. The 1-week span runs consecutively by business days only. The setup for this option is orderly and neat, and we will contact you with the start and end dates so there's no confusion.

*Unlimited Email Coaching Sessions - Includes 1 month (20 business days) of email exchanges. These are in-depth, intricate emails that include multiple emails covering a great deal of questions, answers, follow-ups, personalized information, guidance, and advice relating to your situation. The 1-month span runs consecutively by business days only. The setup for this option is orderly and neat, and we will contact you with the start and end dates so there's no confusion.
