Clarification is free of charge for any reading. Clarification is defined as a response to an answer that is not understood. If you don't understand the results, we will summarize it in a sentence or two to make it easier to understand.  

The readers would love to provide follow-up questions free of charge, too. However, paid services must take precedence over free services, and we've found it impossible to respond to free follow-up promptly. This may change in the future. But until then, we've brought back the follow-up question option that we've offered in the past.

A follow-up question is an additional question that you may have after reading your psychic or tarot reading results by email. It differs from clarification since it requires an entirely new answer. The same "rules" apply as before.

For a question to qualify as "follow-up", it must be based on information received during the original reading, and the order for follow up questions must be received within 24 hours of us sending your email reading results (while the reading results are still freshly in the mind of the reader). If you're unable to order and send your follow-up questions within 24 hours of us sending your original reading results, please order one of our psychic or tarot reading options instead. After 24 hours, an entirely new reading would be required for additional questions.

You may order follow-up for any reading on the site. Results for follow-up questions are one to three sentences. Again, the order for follow-up MUST BE received within 24 hours of our time-stamped reading results to you. This includes weekends. 

For follow-up questions on live readings . . . Follow-up questions are usually answered within the live session itself. However, if you have follow-up questions after your live reading, you may MUST order this service within 24 hours of your live reading session, including weekends. Payment must be made for each individual follow-up question. If you want a more detailed answer, please order a psychic or tarot email reading or another live reading session.

Casual Format ~

Readings take an extensive amount of time and energy. To be fair to every one of our dear clients, we ask that clients who send multiple questions make payment for each question. A cluster of questions won't be answered unless payment is made for each question within the cluster.

This is not preferred:

With payment made for one question, the client sends this:

Is it in my best interest to pursue the relationship? Does he truly love me? Do you see marriage possibilities? Do you think we'll have kids? How many kids will we have?

This is a cluster of questions and payment should be made for five questions, not one.

This is preferred:

With payment made for three questions, the client sends this:

1. Is it in my best interest to pursue the relationship?

2. Does he truly love me?

3. Do you see marriage possibilities?

If more questions are sent than what was purchased, we will answer only the number of questions purchased.

To Get The Most From Your Reading ~

To get the most out of your reading, please ask questions such as, "Is it in my best interest to pursue a relationship with Joe?" If you word your question properly, you will receive a more extensive, realistic, grounded answer with options so you can make a proper decision. A question like, "Will Joe ask me out?" will produce an obvious, limited answer or an answer that's subject to change.

Specifics ~

*The results will be sent to you via email in 1 to 5 business days (usually 1 to 2 days).

*Results for each follow-up question is 1 to 3 sentences only.

*You may order as many questions as you'd like, but payment must be made for each question. For example, if you only want three questions answered, you would increase the quantity at checkout to three. If you send payment for one question but ask multiple questions, we will just respond to the first question listed.

There is no emergency service with follow-up questions.

*After ordering, please contact us with your full name, valid email address, and your questions. If you're asking about others, please include their first names. (NOTE: If you're a regular or repeat client, you may by-pass the contact form and email us directly with your questions.)

*Please include your original reading results with your response.

*Please send the questions separated and numbered (not clustered together).

*Your results will be sent to the email address you provide. Please double-check it for accuracy. If you accidentally provide the wrong email address, your results will not reach you.
