Emergency reading requests must be in by Noon Eastern Time. We close at 4 p.m.
Thursday, November 23 -
We're closed. Nobody is available to read or respond to email. But you can still order products and services. Customer Care will respond the following day.
Black Friday, November 24 - Cyber Monday, November 27 -
The advisers are not working these days, so no emergency readings will be scheduled. But we're open. Customer Care is available all four days to schedule services and answer questions. The December Specials will be posted on November 24, and there's a site-wide sale.
Tuesday, November 28 -
Normal hours, normal schedule, and normal prices.
