FOR OTHER ORDERS ~ If you've ordered a fall special, a reading, a ritual, an energy update, a coaching session, or a product through the website, we will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule (usually immediately to 12 hours). FOR GENERAL EMAILS ~ For anything that doesn't require a paid order, we will respond at our earliest convenience (currently 2 business days).

Please Note:
** This is a busy time of the year for us. Therefore, due to time restrictions, we will not be performing any complimentary (free) services, including energy readings, until further notice. If you'd like an energy reading on your spell work, please order here and Customer Care will schedule it.
** Please allow up to two business days to receive results from emergency email readings during the months of May and June.
** Also, Autumn and Jarle may be drastically delayed in reading and responding to email inquiries during this very busy time. Therefore, we advise you to please email Customer Care with any inquiries or questions. Customer Care will respond within 24 hours during the business week and within 24 hours of the following business day after the weekend or Memorial Day break.
** Weekend Emergency Readings will continue through May and June except during Memorial Day weekend.
** We will be closed May 28 - 31 for Memorial Day Weekend. Services and products still may be ordered while we're away. We'll contact you upon our return.
