Regular service email reading and coaching sessions will be scheduled for after July 8. However, we are accepting emergency reading orders until 6 p.m. Eastern time on July 1. Weekday emergency service is available on every order page.
We will be closed for the Independence Day break from July 2 -7. However, we are still accepting ritual work during those days. Just order ritual work through the site, and Customer Care will forward your request to Autumn.

We will be closed four days for Easter Break starting Friday, April 15, through Monday, April 18, returning on Tuesday, April 19.
Nobody will be available to read or respond to email while we're away. However, you can still order services and products! We'll contact you to schedule upon our return.
Also, any email readings or spell orders (including emergency readings) that come in on Thursday, April 14, may be performed that day or may be booked for the following week, depending on the schedule at the time.
