FOR OTHER ORDERS ~ If you've ordered a fall special, a reading, a ritual, an energy update, a coaching session, or a product through the website, we will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule (usually immediately to 12 hours). FOR GENERAL EMAILS ~ For anything that doesn't require a paid order, we will respond at our earliest convenience (currently 2 business days).

Our Easter Schedule is as follows:
March 29 - April 5 - No emergency email readings or specialty readings will be performed during this time. Please order regular service on email readings and specialty readings.
March 30 - Readings ordered on March 30 may be performed that day or scheduled for our return on April 6, depending on the schedule.
March 31 - April 5 - We will be closed for Easter break. Nobody will be available to read or respond to email until we return on April 6. However, you can still order services while we're away. We will contact you within 24 hours of our return to schedule you. General email inquiries will be answered within 48 hours of our return.
Spell Work - Spell series (performed by Autumn, Jarle and Christian) will continue daily over break except on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. This will not weaken the energy or cause delays.
Emergency Spell Work - Six of our spell professionals will be available all break for emergency spell service. Therefore emergency spells will continue through break. If you have an emergency situation, please add emergency service to your spell order.The spell professional on call will receive an alert on his or her phone and contact you. Up to three spell professionals can cast for you so feel free to add "circle of three casters" if you want that option. IMPORTANT - The only days emergency spells can't be performed are Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
