Turnaround time on regular-service email readings is 4 to 6 business days. If you need results quickly, please upgrade to emergency service, and your results will be delivered within 24 hours (usually 1 to 12 hours).
Rituals and healings will be performed within 24 hours of the order.
Due to Autumn's schedule, she's unable to read or respond to emails right now. Please direct inquiries to Customer Care so they can be answered promptly.
Also, we are unable to do any pro bono work at this time. An appropriate donation is required for all requests.

General Schedule -
December 17 - January 2 - There will be no emergency services scheduled at this time. Please order regular service.
December 22 - Reading and spell orders received on or after this date may be performed before break or may be scheduled upon our return, depending on the current schedule.
December 24 - 27 - We will be closed. Nobody will be available to read or respond to email. However, you may still order services and products.
December 28 - 30 - Elizabeth, from management, will be available to process orders and answer email inquiries.
December 31 - January 2 - We will be closed. Nobody will be available to read or respond to email. However, you may still order services and products.
Spell Series - If you have a spell series in motion, it will continue over break. The only day it will be skipped is Christmas Day. Skipping one day will not produce negative consequences (pertaining to the results)..
Autumn, Jarle, Christian, and Customer Care will be on Christmas break December 24 through January 2, returning on January 3. Elizabeth (from management) will be available to schedule orders and answer email three days (28th - 30th). Regular hours will resume on January 3, 2022. All services ordered between December 23 and January 2 will be scheduled on or after January 3.
