Christmas and New Year schedules are as follows:
Saturday, December 23 - Tuesday, December 26 - Closed. Nobody will be available to read or respond to emails. However, you can still order products and services. We'll respond to schedule orders when we return on December 27. Products will be shipped the week of January 3. Some readings may be scheduled December 27 - 29. Others may be scheduled after January 3.
Wednesday, December 27 - Friday, December 29 - Limited hours - 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Eastern Time. Emergency readings available during those hours. Other readings and services will be scheduled after January 3. Products will be shipped the week of January 3. IMPORTANT: Customer Care will only respond to orders that come in through PayPal on these days. Updates from clients or requests that don't require payment will not be responded to until we return on January 3.

End Of The Year Info ~
Since we're in the process of a workplace move, we are currently not accepting cash payments.
As you know, we're making changes by adding new products and revising some services. We're also making some workplace, staff, and policy changes. Some current services won't be available after these changes are complete. Therefore, if we owe you an energy reading, booster, follow-up, or any pending questions from 2023 or earlier, you must send your request the week of December 18 so it can be scheduled that week. Also, if you need a copy of a reading you've had in the past, please contact us by December 20. Everything from January 2020 until December 2023 will be archived on December 29. (This does not include ongoing or pending work that will take place in January 2024.)
We hope to have all the new changes in place by January 17.
