Turnaround time on regular-service email readings is 4 to 6 business days. If you need results quickly, please upgrade to emergency service, and your results will be delivered within 24 hours (usually 1 to 12 hours).
Rituals and healings will be performed within 24 hours of the order.

Emergency readings won't be scheduled November 22 - 30. Please order regular service during this time. Emergency email readings will resume on December 1.
Readings and spells ordered November 22 - 24 may be completed within that time frame or booked for our return depending on the schedule. Spell series already in motion will continue daily over break including Thanksgiving Day.
We will be closed Thursday, November 25, for Thanksgiving. You could still order services and products. We'll contact you upon our return.

Rachel, from Customer Care, was sweet enough to volunteer to be available for inquiries and scheduling from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. EST on those four days. The professionals will be off November 25 - 29, returning on Tuesday, November 30. Services and products purchased during the sale days will be scheduled and shipped after their return.
Regular hours will resume on November 30. We will also be hosting St. Jude and Big Cat Rescue fundraisers that day.
