Turnaround on regular-service email readings is currently 3 to 6 business days. If you need your results quickly, please order EMERGENCY SERVICE, and your reading results will be to you within 24 hours (usually 1 to 12 hours).
Due to Autumn's schedule, she's unable to read or respond to emails right now. We kindly request that all case updates, comments, questions, and general inquiries be directed to Customer Care so they can be answered promptly. If you wish to send your questions to Autumn privately after placing your order, please forward them to her private inbox and then notify Customer Care that you have done so.

There will be no weekend emergency readings on September 4 and 5. We will be closed Monday, September 6, and Tuesday, September 7, for Labor Day break, returning on Wednesday, the 8th.
No one will be available to read or respond to email September 4 - 7. However, you could still order services and products while we're away. We'll contact you to schedule upon our return.
