We're back! I will be sending out emails next week. If you'd rather not wait, please view the blog post regarding the changes. Thank you!

Dear Friends,

(I will be sending out emails next week, but in case you drop by before then, we are open for business.)

First, thank you for your patience during our closure since December 31st. When I told you in November that we'd be temporarily closing for a revamp, I didn't yet know exactly what form that would take. I'm writing now to give you clarity.

After more than 20 years of serving you as a Christian reader, ritualist, and coach, I've decided to transition fully into Christian-based life coaching.

What's changed:
• Jarle, Christian and Luke are no longer with us. I'll be working one-on-one with clients myself.
• Our Customer Care team has changed. Cole will now be handling all client support.
• Old services are no longer available. I'm focusing exclusively on coaching.

What hasn't changed:
• The faith-based foundation of everything I do.
• My commitment to supporting you with care and integrity.

I realize coaching may not interest everyone who valued our old services, and that's completely okay. I wanted to be upfront about these changes so you can make an informed decision about whether this new direction works for you.

For those who are curious about coaching or feel drawn to continue working together in this new way, I'd be honored to support you. The same faith-based perspective and care you experienced before will be at the heart of everything I do.

You can visit the website to learn more or reach out to Cole at Customer Care with any questions.

Thank you for decades of trust, connection, and a shared journey. Whether we continue together or this is where we part ways, please know how much your presence has meant to me.

With gratitude, love, and blessings,
Autumn

P.S. Some of you might have questions about Jarle and Luke. Jarle has decided to stay in Norway and focus on his adult son, daughter-in-law, and new grandson, and run his bookstore. Luke has decided to permanently retire from the industry after serving for decades. He's currently taking a year off before deciding what to do next.
