Life doesn't always demand dramatic change—sometimes it simply asks for deeper clarity, renewed direction, or the courage to act on what you already know. My Life Coaching offers a compassionate partnership for those who sense something new (or old) stirring in them and want to respond with wisdom, intentionality, and trust rather than confusion or inaction.

This service is designed for those who are ready to move forward but need help seeing clearly, thinking truthfully, or taking action. Whether you're stuck, restless, seeking direction, or simply want to steward your life more intentionally, this is a space to explore what matters most and align your choices with what you believe.

What We Explore Together

Life coaching addresses questions that deserve more than surface answers: What do you truly want, and why does it matter? What's holding you back—fear, confusion, old patterns, or something else? Where is God inviting you to grow, risk, or trust Him more fully? What needs to change in how you're thinking, choosing, or living? How do you move from knowing what's right to actually doing it? What does faithful obedience look like in your specific circumstances? Where are you settling, avoiding, or drifting—and what would it look like to wake up?

I walk with you as both companion and truth-teller, trusting that you're strong enough to handle honesty and know that real growth happens when we stop managing our image and start facing reality.

You don't need to have all the answers before you begin—you simply need to be willing to look honestly at where you are, listen for where God is leading, and take the next step. Together, we create space for clarity, courage, and growth, one conversation at a time.

How Coaching Sessions Work

All coaching is conducted exclusively through email, giving you space to think honestly, pray deeply, and reflect without pressure or performance. You ask questions or share what's on your heart—the questions, struggles, longings, or patterns you're wrestling with. I respond with clear-eyed insight, wisdom applied to your real life, thoughtful questions that help you see what you haven't been seeing, and grounded guidance for taking the next faithful step. This format allows you to process at your own pace, revisit insights as often as needed, and respond when you're ready rather than on the spot.

What to Expect

Each response is written with care, prayer, and deep respect for your unique journey. You'll receive honest insight that respects your intelligence and doesn't sugarcoat, biblical truth applied practically to your real circumstances, thoughtful questions that create clarity rather than more confusion, encouragement that strengthens rather than flatters, and actionable wisdom for moving forward faithfully, one step at a time.

Rates & Turnaround

The cost is $50 per email session (exchange between client and coach), which includes my response, usually ranging from 100 to 500 words. I chose to charge by session because sometimes just one or two sessions are all you need. However, if you require more extensive coaching, I also offer two discount options.
